What do you do…

… when you discover that you have made a cutting error after cutting out 15 custom envelopes. Well, after remaking the envelopes in the correct size. I then had to find a way to use the ones I had cut too small in one direction. So I calculated the size card that would fit in the new envelope size and proceeded to design a quick note card to fit.

This card was so simple to do, I decided to create a sketch for it. See below for the details:sketch1-001

Though the finished size of the card is 3¼” wide by 3½” high, I actually cut my cardstock 6½” by 3½” high and scored it in the middle. All because I didn’t want to waste the envelopes I made ¼”  too narrow. Sometimes the Scrooge in you can create cool stuff. Smile
