Yesterday I got my preorder of the new Paisley Petals DSP and then this morning I saw the Stampin 411 Sketch Challenge and decided to take the plunge.
I fell in love with this pattern but then had a heck of a time matching cs and ribbon to it. I finally ended up dying my own by rubbing peach parfait classic ink onto the very vanilla seam binding ribbon with a sponge. Loved the was it turned out but then the next challenge arose. The ribbon wasn’t sticking to back of the cardstock—I tried snail, sticky strip, glue dots, scotch tape and finally ended up using Tombo white liquid glue.
I used 3 real red brads in the upper right and stamped my sentiment in Always Artichoke on the Baja Breeze cardstock. This was a fun challenge. Thanks to the 411 design team!
