During my recent venture into using up leftovers I found 2 copies of the same stamped image and decided to see what I could do with them so each was a different card. On this first one, I used real red satin ribbon and created a mat with some Pear Pizzazz scraps.
Birthday Bag #1 Card Recipe:
Stamps: Birthday Bakery
Ink: Basic Black classic pad, Markers in Real Red, Pear Pizzazz, Bashful Blue, Pacific Point
Paper: Pear Pizzazz , Whisper White and Pacific Point CS
Accessories: Real Red Satin Ribbon, Snail, Stampin Dimensionals
This next card has the added element of a top note die cut piece of the springtime vintage fabric as well as a piece of cardstock cut with the top note die. For this card I started with the fabric cut from the top note and the stamped image and then developed a card design around those elements. It is interesting to see what you can come up with to use an already stamped or cut out item. For this one I used the common pairing of the 1¾” round punch and the 2⅜” scallop circle punch.
