…as the Organizer. I decided after much debate and talking with my daughter about her success to start a meet-up here in Bellingham to share my love of Papercrafting and Stampin’ Up! At my first meet up gathering we met at Round Table and made the card below as a Make & Take.
This card uses the On the Grow stamp Set from the new summer mini catalog and is a true study in monochromatic cardmaking. The only colors used in this card are Bravo Burgundy and Very Vanilla.
The inside panel was made using My Digital Studio with Bravo Burgundy ink in various opacities and printed on Very Vanilla cardstock.
If you live nearby and would like to join my Meet up group click here.

Your card is very pretty. Was your meetup group a success in terms of sales or people wanting to come for paid classes?
Congrats on getting brave and starting a meetup…it can be a lot of fun! Initially I tried it and only invited new people but eventually realized I should include everyone I know. Some of my existing customers have become re-energized about stamping from coming to the quick and easy card classes I offer.
