The final stamp set of the day is By the Tide:
This was one of the cards I created for a swap at Leadership this past January. I used Comfort Café DSP ( retired July 2013) and River Rock CS cut into rectangles 2” x 2 1/8 “ for my background layer which I glued to a Chocolate Chip card base. I covered the horizontal seam line with a piece of Island Indigo 3/8” Ruffled Ribbon (retired July 2013) and then stamped the crab in Calypso Coral ink on 2 1/8” x 2 3/4” Very Vanilla Cardstock and the Thank you in Island Indigo on a Very Vanilla Scrap which I then Die cut using the Bitty Banner Framelits. The crab was matted with a piece of Soft Suede CS cut to 2 1/4” by 3” and then attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I used my bone folder to give the banner some dimension then mounted it with a glue dot on one side and a Stampin’ Dimensional on the other.
Hope you are enjoying this countdown of the Swaps from Convention. In two days I will be revealing the most popular stamp set at Convention (based on the number of demos who used it in their swaps!
