Flower Shop
This swap was created by Susan Arthur using Too kind and Feels Good stamp sets in addition to Flower Shop. Love the way she colored our Basic and large Rhinestones to match the flowers.
This swap was created by Adrienne Robassse using the Fabulous Phrases stamp set. Very basic yet effective use of the papers and inks to create an almost monochromatic card.
Stella MacKay also used the Express Yourself stamp set. The inking of the Woodgrain embossing folder with Sahara sand ink is so effective here. She calls it a clean and simple card and I agree. Very nice!
Ginny Vasvari created a lovely card using the butterfly from Backyard Basics stamp set and a fun use of both the honeycomb embossing folder and the hexagon punch. Love how she punched holes in the whisper white to let the background color show through. She used one of my least favorite colors, crushed curry yet was so effective in her design I will casing elements of this card in the future for sure.
This lovely quick & simple card uses the Four You stamp set and the designer used the pansy punch not only for cutting out the flowers but to create leaves. Nice! unfortunately she for got to sign her card
The final swap card is by Sherrie Schintz. She used Sweet Essentials stamp set for her greeting. Love the way her use of the basics Rhinestones is offset by the Polka dot embossing folder use on the colored panels in the background.
Well, our tour of the 100 plus swaps I received at Convention is over. Hope you enjoyed it and got a little or a lot of inspiration from all the talented ladies I swapped with.
Ta..ta for now….
