What a fun holiday! My daughter, Jennifer & I created cards together. And on Sunday, Caitlin joined us in the craft room and she and I both created cards using the same image. We both used the new Gerda Steiner Mermaid Digital Stamp. Here is Caitlin’s card:

At 4 yr old she loves the creative process and even designs her own elements. She said she wanted a frame out of the printed vellum so we looked at all my dies to make one that was just right. then after she was done the finished masterpiece was lovingly attached to Grandpa & Grandma’s refrigerator so we could enjoy it every day.

I took the same Digital stamp and colored it and make this card for the July Challenge.

Then on Monday, both Caitlin and her 6 yr old brother Nicholas enjoyed coloring in some Super hero images from Clearly Besotted. I cut them out for Caitlin and helped Nicholas with some of the intricate cuts on his. They then played make believe with their paper images. (almost like puppets but they didn’t attach them to anything just held the images) It was fun for all!
