I am currently on my way to Onstage 2017 in Shreveport. As a Stampin Up Demonstrator I get to see the new Annual 2017-18 catalog before it releases in June. Playing with some of the new products is one of the best things about going to Onstage 2017.
Participating in a couple of organized swaps with other demos and doing general swaps is another of the fun activities. Here is my first swap that I created.
Using the layered stamping technique with masking on the edge and modified gate fold makes this a unique design.
The cardbase has an offset gatefold closure. Stamping the Whisper white front and layered on top so the trimmed bottom edge goes just beyond the split in the gatefold. A strip of Copper foil added along the top edge add some glitz. Embellishing the front with 3 Bermuda Bay sequins from the Bermuda Bay Sequin trim was fun. I heat embossed the sentiment with Copper Detailed Embossing Powder. And then I also added some gold wink of stella to the flower centers.
Look for more Swaps to show up here over the next few weeks.
